ServanTek Team: Karl Selander President Karl serves as the President of ServanTek and is focused on furthering the vision of the organization as well as collaborating with the team to define, develop and deploy technical solutions. After working for over 14 years in research and development at IBM, Karl felt led to leave his career and start an organization (ServanTek) which focused on the application of Information Technology to meet the needs and multiply the impact of ministries and non-profit organizations around the world. In addition to starting and running another technology company, Karl has held numerous leadership positions in various organizations. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 12 patents in the area of communications circuit design.
Andrei Gorbachenko Director of Information Technologies Since 2005 Andrei has worked together with Todd Marshall in developing and implementing distance education programs and electronic resources in Ukraine. His vision for his role in ServanTek is to revolutionize people’s understanding of and access to technology within the former Soviet Union. Andrei has been at the core of bringing together a comprehensive plan to implement the best resources available for distance education programs for Christian Universities in Eastern Europe.
Todd Marshall International Ministry Consultant Todd Marshall is currently working on a Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology at the iSchool of Syracuse University. Before beginning this degree, Todd served for nine years in Kiev, Ukraine with Kiev Theological Seminary and REALIS. In addition to an M.Div., M.A., and a Th.M., he also completed a masters degree in Library and Information Science at Syracuse in 2004. Todd and his family live in the Syracuse area. Victor Titarchuk, PhD Director of Educational Technologies Victor has been invaluable in laying out the IT infrastructure of ServanTek. As the first member of ServanTek’s team in Ukraine, Victor has prepared the foundation for our operations in Ukraine.Victor received his Doctorate in Higher Education from the University of North Texas in May of 2007. He and his family now reside in Kiev Ukraine where He serves fulltime as the Director of Educational Technologies for ServanTek.
